A bounded first deployment
A PaxRelay pilot starts with one recurring change and follows it from the source signal to the operational decision, passenger communication and retained evidence. The scope is explicit, reviewable and designed to produce a clear go, adjust or stop decision.
Four controlled phases
Choose a frequent operational change, its trigger, affected people and the current manual handoffs.
Confirm the source fields, identifiers, validation rules, destination systems and data boundaries.
Represent thresholds, approvals, exceptions, bilingual content and escalation as an explicit process.
Run agreed scenarios, inspect the event record and decide what is ready, what changes and what remains outside scope.
Evidence, not theatre
The output is not a generic presentation. It is a reviewable package tied to the selected workflow.
What the operator brings
Exit criteria
These are proposed evaluation criteria. Final acceptance criteria belong in the pilot scope agreed with the operator.
We will determine whether it is a responsible first workflow and identify the systems, decisions and evidence required to test it.
