Status uses validated event information so passengers and staff can refer to a consistent update while a disruption is active.
Passenger-facing output
The public view exposes only the information a passenger needs. Workflow rules, passenger data and internal notes remain within the operational platform.
PaxRelay does not present a custom branded passenger portal as generally available until that capability has been completed and validated.
